This is a boutique yoga studio for people who want to:
Feel better in their body, mind, and heart, and who wish to:
- Reduce physical pain;
- Gain more flexibility and strength;
- Clear their mind and have more focus;
- Relax and relieve tension;
- Feel more balanced and resilient emotionally;
- Develop a greater sense of connection with themselves.
The word yoga means “union”. As such, this studio embraces the view that all aspects of ourselves can come together in greater harmony through yoga. Themes explored in class are often focused on mindfulness, mental health/personal growth, traditional yogic/Eastern teachings, and spiritual wisdom that can be applied in our life. We learn to live our yoga on and off the mat.
My ultimate goal is to assist you in creating a more fulfilling, empowering, and heart-centred life, one where it feels good to be alive in your body in this crazy world we live in! The classes are typically smaller in size, and more personalized. I get to know you and you get to know me. Everyone who comes through these doors is important to me and becomes part of my yoga family. I can’t wait to get to know you!
Please join me in embracing yoga and commit to your well-being, you are worth it!
Namaste,
Daniele Hart (Suniti)

I started my yogic journey in 2001 as a means to recover from a car accident. In my mid-thirties, I also had trouble with my knees and I could hardly bend forward to pick up my dog’s ball. After a few months of doing yoga once a week, I was pleased to discover that many of my physical symptoms had greatly subsided or disappeared. During this process of healing my body with yoga, I also found greater emotional balance, as well as peace of mind. All of these benefits inspired me to become a yoga instructor.
My personal practice started with Kundalini Yoga, then Kriya Yoga, until I finally found my way to Yogi Amrit Desai and the Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida in 2008. I am certified at the 500-hour level as a Level 1 and 2 Amrit Yoga Instructor, as a Professional Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and I recently trained in I AM Yoga Therapy – Body Psychology. I totally believe that yoga saved my life, and it is what’s kept me sane all of these years. For me, yoga is the ultimate spiritual pathway to one’s true “Self”. As an instructor, I enjoy using the timeless teachings of yoga as a platform for healing, achieving personal growth, and attaining higher spiritual wisdom. I gravitate towards the Hatha and Flow styles of yoga, but I like to throw in some Yin, Kundalini, and Amrit yoga when the inspiration comes. My classes are generally unique and versatile, relaxing and balancing, insightful and sometimes thought-provoking, yet infused with humour. I believe without a doubt that yoga changes lives, and is the secret to living a balanced, happy, and healthy life. I look forward to sharing the gift of yoga with those who join my classes.
