We’re fans of The Yoga Teacher Resource podcast, so Aruna and I signed up for a goal-setting workshop with Mado last week.
Although we’ve led these types of workshops ourselves, we wanted a new perspective and we knew if we paid, we would get our yearly review done.
The highlight of the workshop was the reflection on the true meaning of success and how success showed up last year.
I was taken aback to see that it was teaching that brought me the most joy last year but planning for 2022, I was considering teaching less!
Aruna and I shared it in our latest youtube video. Click here to watch.
In business, the pressure to do everything and “succeed” can really suck the joy out of what we love.
I’m so grateful I reflected on 2021 before making that big decision for 2022.
After the workshop, Aruna and I set our intention to outsource the hard things so we can do more of the things we love.
That feels like a better plan for success than spending more time at our computers doing hard things and dropping the authentic connections.
With that being said, we are hosting an Open House and you are invited.
Next week we’re opening up our Zoom Room to you.
Tuesday, January 18, from 11 am – 2 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Drop-in at any time. Ask us anything!
