This week, we are thrilled to welcome two new Trainers to the Yoga Trainer Fast Track!
One school is the Aspire Fitness Academy in Saudi Arabia and the other is Island Yoga in Nantucket, MA, in the USA. Both have wonderful experienced RYT’s as lead trainers and both also happen to be men. We uploaded their RYS applications last week and we’re waiting for Yoga Alliance to approve them.
We have 18 RYS’s around the world using the Ambassador Yoga Training now. Check them out here.

Time to Get Ready for the Next Chapter
It got us thinking about all the businesses that are opening up and that felt good and a little scary at the same time.
This week we’re working behind the scenes rebuilding our business as well. Planning what we want, and need, for our next chapter. We told you about how we are taking Leonie Dawson’s Marketing without Social Media course and that’s inspiring us to market in alignment with our values.
Marketing Doesn’t have to be Gross
One of the values we hold dear in our business is the desire to build real connections with people. We work with each trainer personally to get their school launched.
We started opening up and reaching out by creating content on our website and YouTube channel for people trying to launch a training.
There’s still a lot to do, but there is always something to do when you have a business wouldn’t you agree.
Creating The Next Normal
Here’s a little preview of what we’re doing in the background this month:
- clarifying what we offer so people can easily understand if the program can help their business,
- creating a free course to help experienced yoga teachers plan a YTT
- contemplating how we can strengthen and diversify our business so we can continue to operate if we ever have to shut down again!
Are you thinking about your next normal too?
The Connected Yoga Teacher
Rather than a YouTube video this week, we’re sharing this time we were interviewed by The Connected Yoga Teacher, Shannon Crow. Shannon has thousands of followers and one of the few places I like on Facebook.
We were interviewed about how we license our Yoga Teacher Training and Shannon asked us some really great questions. Give a listen here:
Marketing can actually be enjoyable when it creates community, and it doesn’t have to break the bank or put more money in the pockets of faceless corporations. This type of outreach costs very little but creates an accessible community for so many yoga teachers.
Are you rebuilding your business?
As your business transforms, may you find lots of inspiration along the way.
We’ll share more about our new projects as they become ready.
In the meantime, it’s your turn to let us know how you are doing. Leave a comment to share what you’re doing to rebuild your yoga business at this time. Your connection means so much to us!
